Team recruitment (Campaign Management)
When you are looking to hire more than one suitable candidate and/or trying to create awareness for your company’s services or products, we will hold a seminar in which normally both you, the client and ourselves will co-host and present. We will advertise for the event and arrange a suitable number of potential candidates to attend. This forum gives you, the client the opportunity to meet with potential candidates in a relaxed informal atmosphere and enables you to get some instant feedback on potential candidates.

Where required, we will use our resources and contacts to target certain individuals from a mutually agreed list of Companies.

Contract and permanent positions
We recruit for both permanent and temporary positions within our target sectors

We currently place advertisements in the relevant Accountancy press, newspapers, local print media and internet portals. We have also partnered with some larger human resources
internet portals to further extend our reach into the marketplace.

Candidate background and reference checking
We will do extensive written and verbal reference checking once a position has been accepted by a candidate.
We normally conduct at least 2 professional references and one personal/character reference.
