A division of e-Cocoon specialising in the supply of high level finance professionals from Systems Accountants to Financial Controllers and Finance Directors.
We work differently to a lot of other organisations, mainly in the following:

- We only specialise in high level and senior finance positions – this is our field of expertise which enables us to focus directly on each of our client’s particular requirements. We never lose sight that we are representing your organization in the market place; often being the first point of contact with prospective senior hires. In this way we have been able to develop successful long term partnership relationship with our clients.
- We have created our own efficient and quality controlled process to recruitment, ensuring that client needs are consistently met in a professional manner, at all times. For candidates:
- If you are a candidate we guarantee to provide you with accurate details of the role and organization you are applying for
- We will never waste your time if we think the role is not for you although we may ask you to recommend someone you know who may be suitable
- We will demonstrate flexibility when arranging appointments to take account of your business and personal commitments
- We will proactively follow up on any discussions and meetings and keep you fully engaged during all steps of the process
- We will always seek your prior permission before forwarding any of your details to a client and will always facilitate any contractual and salary negotiations between you and a client in a transparent and objective fashion.
- We will also provide a full debriefing after an interview with a client irrespective of if you are successful or not.
